Our goal is to be a "modest" company that learns as much as it can and steadily applies its exceptional expertise. As a "Human Interface," we use computer technology to make the fastest and fullest use of the "continuous value" that should be passed on to the next generation.

Inspired by the "Koke-musu" spirit that Japan has long preserved (the image of moss slowly growing over generations), our aim is to become a premier company that lasts 100 years for our clients, employees, and society.<br>
With a focus on our Problem-Solving Process (CAPD), we strive to remain innovative with a long-term perspective.

Serving as the "bridge between people and computers" (a Human Interface), we use the finest computer technology to put human wisdom to work.

### Abstracted Integrity
The kanji 慎 consists of "心" (heart/mind) and "真" (truth), and is read as "包" (to wrap/encompass).<br>
We aim to be a company that is complete and full of substance, yet never arrogant. Our ideal is to excel at what is within our means.

- <span>May 1999</span> FORK, Limited（有限会社フォーク） was established in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, with 3 million yen in capital.
- <span>February 2002</span> Head office relocated to Kamiosaki, Shinagawa-ku.
- <span>April 2002</span> Capital increased to 10 million yen; reorganized as a joint-stock company.
- <span>November 2003</span> Launched the managed hosting service "FORTS."
- <span>September 2003</span> Registered as a Type II Telecommunications Carrier.
- <span>November 2005</span> Obtained Privacy Mark certification.
- <span>January 2007</span> Head office relocated to Higashi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku.
- <span>May 2009</span> Capital increased to 50 million yen.
- <span>August 2011</span> Capital increased to 100 million yen.
- <span>September 2011</span> Joined eRAP (Electronic Record Application Platform Forum).
