## Implementation Support & Customization
When Shopify alone cannot meet your requirements, we address them through theme customization and Shopify app implementation. We can also propose Shopify Plus for enterprise-level needs.

## E-commerce Site Operations
Contact center and administrative services are provided to handle essential e-commerce back-office operations, including managing product listings and the workflow from order to shipment.

## Case Studies

- [Ribbon bon EC Site Renewal and Operational Support](https://www.fork.co.jp/en/case/067.html) / 宝本商事株式会社 (Shopify EC Development, Design & Website Management, Secretariat & Operations): Operational support and platform renewal for Ribbon bon, an e-commerce site specializing in original ribbons. Ongoing operational assistance covers back-office marketing workflows, including search and shopping ad management as well as email newsletter distribution. In August 2024, to replace the aging legacy store, our team rebuilt the e-commerce site on Shopify—completing the entire process from requirements definition to launch in approximately six weeks.
- [MATE.BIKE Website Renewal](https://www.fork.co.jp/en/case/064.html) / 株式会社MATE.BIKE JAPAN (Strategy Formulation, System Development, Design & Website Management, Shopify EC Development): Mobile-first renewal of the Japanese e-commerce site for MATE.BIKE, a global e-bike brand founded in Copenhagen, Denmark. Built on Shopify, the platform elevates user experience (UX) by streamlining the test-ride reservation flow—a pivotal touchpoint in the customer journey—while high-detail CG frame animations bring the brand's distinctive aesthetic to life.
- [カトージBtoB EC Site Renewal](https://www.fork.co.jp/en/case/063.html) / 株式会社カトージ (System Development, Design & Website Management, Shopify EC Development): Site renewal for カトージBtoB, a members-only B2B e-commerce site specializing in wholesale and contract supply for commercial facilities and businesses. Built on Shopify, the platform pairs custom theme and functional enhancements tailored to B2B workflows with a completely redesigned UI for a smooth purchasing experience. Content additions include a new curated space-planning page reflecting the client's vision of proposing products that create welcoming environments for families with children.
