The 小学館 2018 new graduate recruitment site, based on the concept that "self-growth" equals "self-editing" to create individuality. By implementing a "Personality Maker" that creates a person's original pattern and icon through Q&A responses, the entire site takes on your "personalized pattern." The site is filled with engaging features, such as animations where various elements move playfully across the top, and characters appearing throughout.
