Taking a mobile-first approach, we have renewed the Japanese e-commerce site for MATE.BIKE, a leading global e-bike brand founded in Copenhagen, Denmark. We built the platform using Shopify, focusing on user experience (UX) by optimizing the flow for test ride reservations, which is a critical step in the purchasing decision process. Additionally, in terms of creative production, we aimed to fully express the brand’s distinctive world by showcasing the products with highly detailed CG animations of the bike frames.

We produced “Sitakke,” a web magazine that delivers information from various regions of Hokkaido. Targeting women living in Hokkaido, the site provides various information related to Hokkaido and daily life. The top page features animation and a playful layout to make it fun to browse. Additionally, we built an easy-to-operate system by integrating article generation with a CMS.

“ユースキン” was born from a simple desire: to help a woman suffering from rough hands. While maintaining its proven effectiveness, the product has been redesigned to be even more user-friendly. We produced a special site to communicate the new design features and the core philosophy of ユースキン製薬: “For your skin.”
