Case Studies

We were responsible for front-end and back-end development for the renewal of the ビームス corporate information and global websites. Both the CMS and front-end were implemented responsively; however, since the CMS is used by staff members, we designed it with a focus on UI/UX.

We built a website where users can send cheers through humorous illustrations and text. We built psychological logic into the system to read how users feel about the person they are cheering for. The design kept things simple so users did not have to think hard, and many people enjoyed it. We provided multiple ways to share: users can download their cheers as images or send them directly via LINE, Twitter, or email.

The 小学館 2018 new graduate recruitment site, based on the concept that “self-growth” equals “self-editing” to create individuality. By implementing a “Personality Maker” that creates a person’s original pattern and icon through Q&A responses, the entire site takes on your “personalized pattern.” The site is filled with engaging features, such as animations where various elements move playfully across the top, and characters appearing throughout.

The corporate site for the server hosting service “さくらインターネット.” For this redesign, we were responsible for interviewing, writing, photography, design, and markup. The company supports the internet, an infrastructure essential to modern society, and provides cutting-edge services. At heart, it proved to be very sincere and full of adventurous spirit. The site expresses this side of “さくらインターネット.”

For the renewal of the 慶應義塾 official website, we were responsible for CMS design and construction, responsive design, page production, and system development. Along with the change in the content management system, we designed and built the site on the new system and handled the migration of several thousand existing pages. Furthermore, we made the pages fully responsive so that the same information is available on PCs, tablets, and smartphones.

We integrated contact lens sites that were previously separated by brand into a single website. By making it easier to compare different brands, we helped users understand the products better and expanded and enriched the special content they look for. Additionally, to attract more visitors, we used an SEO-friendly implementation and built the site with responsive design.

We redesigned the enrollment site. Due to the combination of “each campus/classroom × grade level” and the vast number of courses, the site has become a mega-site reaching 2,000 pages. We implemented responsive UI design to provide optimal usability for students and parents. We also introduced a CMS to accommodate the content updates that occur four times a year.

This campaign website invites the public to submit their own definitions for 10 words selected by the 大辞泉 editorial department. The initiative re-examines the various facets of words whose meanings change depending on age, gender, and individual perspective. After the submission deadline, the 大辞泉 editorial department will conduct a selection process, and the chosen definitions will be officially featured in デジタル大辞泉. The attempt to “solicit definitions from the general public for official adoption” is a groundbreaking endeavor for a Japanese dictionary. This is a unique challenge that only 大辞泉, a dictionary that continues to evolve with the times, can undertake. We invite you to follow this campaign closely.

We have been providing website construction and operational services for the multi-brand boutique “ESTNATION,” which has locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and other areas, since its opening in 2001. Following several redesigns, we now provide comprehensive support, including smartphone sites, Facebook page management, and YouTube channel operations.

We developed the website for the “ファイア カフェデリ” series, a line of bottled flavored lattes targeting people in their late teens to early twenties. As a smartphone magazine titled “Café Daily Magazine,” it delivers unique content every day of the week. We incorporated interactive elements, such as real-time surveys on topics of interest to the target audience and the ability for users to submit their own stories.

The “This is Mazda Design.” site introduces マツダ’s approach to design, driven by unique ideas and philosophies. It expresses a strong commitment to moving beyond mere industrial manufacturing toward creating cars as works of art, fine arts, and crafts. For the interview content, we interviewed and photographed staff and built the design around the sophisticated aesthetic characteristic of マツダ. The site aims to build interest in and affinity for Mazda Design.

The online shopping service “LOHACO” is holding a Wi-Fi-exclusive appreciation sale using advertising panels in the underground passage at Tokyo Metro “Toyosu Station.” When users connect to the internet via the Wi-Fi on the advertising panels, they are automatically directed to a dedicated page where they can purchase discounted items and access recommended information, such as “Today’s Pick Up.”
