Report on DX Progress
Go Sato, President and Representative Director
■ Report on status through the 24th term (May 2022 – April 2023)
As a result of introducing IT systems into our operations, we have established a structure that enables full remote work across all departments. Consequently, we were able to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic period without significant disruption within the company.
※Examples of IT system implementation:
Groupware (storage, email, chat, calendar, video conferencing, etc.), various application/approval workflows, attendance registration/management, estimate/invoice management, etc.
■ Initiatives from the 25th term (May 2023 – April 2024) onwards
Starting from the 25th term, we have recognized DX initiatives as a critical corporate priority and have formed an internal DX promotion task force to study our approach. In October 2023, we published our vision and strategies for DX on our website.
We plan to provide periodic updates regarding the progress of our promotion strategies.
※DX Promotion Key Performance Indicators (4-year target)
