Report on DX Promotion Status

■ Report on the 25th Term (May 2023 – April 2024)
Since the 25th term, we have identified DX initiatives as a critical corporate priority. We have formulated our promotion vision and strategies, which are published on our website. (Our Approach to DX)
Regarding the performance indicators for DX promotion, the results for the 25th term and the targets for our four-year plan (up to the 28th term) are as follows:
Results for the previous term (25th term) and targets for the four-year plan (28th term)
• Sales per employee: 25th term: 7.2 million yen; 28th term target: 8 million to 8.8 million yen
• Retention rate: 25th term: 90.2%; 28th term target: Maintain at 90% or higher
■ Initiatives from the 26th Term (May 2024 – April 2025) onwards
In the 26th term, we will begin full-scale use of generative AI to improve operational efficiency and productivity. We will also introduce skill sheets to shorten the time it takes to assign staff, improve utilization rates, and create growth opportunities.
We plan to continue publishing updates on the progress of our promotion strategies and other initiatives from time to time.
