■ Report on the 27th Term (May 2025 – April 2026)
During the 27th term, we worked to implement generative AI tools and establish policies and rules to actively promote the utilization of generative AI.
Regarding the performance indicators for DX promotion, the results for the 27th term and the targets for the four-year plan (28th term) are as follows:
Results for the previous term (27th term) and targets for the four-year plan (28th term)
• Sales per employee: 27th term: 8.28 million yen; 28th term target: 8 million to 8.8 million yen
• Retention rate: 27th term: 91.1%; 28th term target: maintain at 90% or higher
■ Initiatives from the 28th Term (May 2026 – April 2027) Onwards
In the 28th term, we will focus on the following initiatives to integrate generative AI into our business safely and effectively:
• Establishment of an AI management system
We will establish ethical guidelines and risk assessment flows regarding AI usage based on AIMS certification guidelines.
• Advancement of quality assurance
Through operations compliant with QMS certification, we will maintain the accuracy of AI outputs and strive for continuous improvement.
We will maximize the use of AI under appropriate risk management to improve service quality and advance our business processes. We will continue to disclose the progress of these initiatives transparently from time to time.
