## Quality Policy

株式会社フォーク (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") responds swiftly to technological innovations and changing social needs. To provide value that exceeds the expectations of our customers and other stakeholders, and to contribute to a sustainable society, we have established the following Quality Policy. All officers and employees are committed to establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS).

## Improving Customer Satisfaction and Providing High-Quality Services

We achieve high customer satisfaction and trust by accurately understanding the true needs, expectations, and requirements of our customers, and by consistently providing deliverables and services that combine design, functionality, safety, and stability.

## Thorough Information Security and Personal Information Protection

We regard protecting the information assets and personal information entrusted to us as the "foundation of quality." We implement rigorous security control measures based on the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and the Personal Information Protection Management System (Privacy Mark) so that we can deliver safe, secure services without accidents or incidents.

## Safe and Appropriate Utilization of Human-Centric AI Technology

In accordance with AIMS (AI Management System), we utilize AI safely and appropriately as a means to support human creativity and judgment. We keep humans involved in final decision-making, maintain transparency and accountability, and strictly respect copyrights and privacy. In this way, we balance the operational efficiency that advanced technology brings with the creation of high-quality value.

## Strict Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements

We strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to our business activities, government guidelines, industry standards, and contractual requirements with our customers.

## Setting Quality Objectives and Continuous Improvement of the QMS

To realize our Quality Policy, we set measurable quality objectives and regularly monitor and evaluate our progress toward achieving them. Furthermore, we respond promptly to changes in social conditions, including external and internal issues and climate change, to continuously improve the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of our QMS.
