- <span>1999年 5月</span>於東京都新宿區以出資額300萬日圓成立有限会社フォーク
- <span>2002年 2月</span>總部遷至品川區上大崎
- <span>2002年 4月</span>資本額增至1000萬日圓，並改制為股份有限公司
- <span>2003年 11月</span>開始銷售主機代管服務「FORTS」
- <span>2003年 9月</span>完成一般第二種電信事業登錄
- <span>2005年 11月</span>取得隱私權標章（Privacy Mark）認證
- <span>2007年 1月</span>總部遷至品川區東五反田
- <span>2009年 5月</span>資本額增至5000萬日圓
